Lossless Rigidbot E3D V6 mount - 40mm Fan Option

This is my final version, designed with a stock 40mm fan for improved airflow and effortless replacement sourcing. Still a work in progress since I haven't had the chance to test it thoroughly, yet its underlying premise mirrors that of another successful model. Note that this design allows for easy installation without needing to trim the plate; however, you will require two M3 x 25mm screws and two M3 x ~10mm screws, widely available at most hobby shops or online. Instructions Proceed with caution - I accept no liability for any harm or damage that may result. Print in ABS material, using supports and ensuring a 100% infill rate. Afterward, drill out the 3mm holes, intentionally sized to account for manufacturing tolerance variations. Modify the plastic part by filing a notch, taking note of where it needs to be done when you test fit it with an E3D printer head. This approach has proven more practical than raising the motor further up. To ensure a seamless print experience, trim the PTFE tube at an angle so it closely fits next to the hobbed bolt and prevents filament from moving away. Enjoy!
