It looks like the the dovetail clamp screw, when in certain positions can rub the door cover. I've taken a shot at clipping an edge off of the door model. I haven't printed it because I've decided to print out a bunch of face shield parts to help out with the virus. So the part is redesigned, but untested. Losmandy worm gear flip cover plus hex key holder and cable management. This cover replaces the beautiful machined cover from Losmandy. Although it will not match the beauty of the original, it makes the worm adjustment very convenient. Includes a holder for the hex key used to adjust the worm, and a loop for a velcro strip used to help with cable management. Carefully work the hinge of the door to the main piece and dab a bit of grease on the stop bumps to make the door open and close much easier.
