Part orientation plays a vital role! Print part standing upright with the side arm facing the bed so layers align horizontally with the arm (for maximum strength).\r\n\r\nI printed this with a 0.6 nozzle at 0.3 layer height and 100% infill, which have proven to be the strongest settings.\r\n\r\nABS, ABS+, and Inland Carbon Fiber, a nylon-based material, all worked well, but I achieved best results with Inland Carbon Fiber.\r\n\r\nClean up is necessary with a Dremel so bearings fit snugly but not too tightly; hammering in bearings will weaken surrounding layers.\r\n\r\nDrill out the two pivot points with a 13/64 bit, but not too deeply.\r\n\r\nA longer bolt for the tie rod will be required.\r\n\r\nThis file is designed for a left knuckle. To print a right, mirror the part in your slicer.\r\n\r\nI didn't include a caliper mount; I created this to serve as a temporary solution until aluminum parts become available.
