This wheel was engineered to perfectly match the hex and axle. The hex fit is now flawless, allowing the wheel to be removed with ease, just like a factory losi wheel. The axle hole diameter has been enlarged to ensure smooth movement over the axle without any hindrance. The revised hex depth enables the wheel to spin freely when fully tightened. Printed on a MK3s with supports only on the build plate (Prusa Slic3r) 100% infill and concentric infill throughout Print at .15 resolution with outside face (wheel nut side) ...UP Print using PETG (Used 3D solutions PETG which performed flawlessly) For Prusa MK3s users, try the attached gcode. Gcode is for one and all four wheels. 7/19/2020 EDIT #001: After discussing the axle bore fitment with the original creator, the axle bore will be tightened to provide a snug fit. In Fusion360, the bore was set to 49mm (scaled x100). New bore is 43mm (Scaled x100) which is just over 4mm when scaled correctly. Depending on printer tolerances and filament, this may result in an undersized or perfect fit. Depending on the printer and quality used to print this wheel, the bore may need to be drilled for the most precise fit around the axle. The files in this remix have been updated accordingly.
