Known as the City of Angels, Los Angeles is renowned for its Mediterranean climate, diverse ethnic community, and expansive metropolis. The city is also one of the country's leading economic powerhouses, boasting a diverse economy encompassing numerous professional and cultural sectors. Furthermore, Los Angeles serves as home to Hollywood, a pivotal center within the global entertainment industry. Ranked 6th in the Global Cities Index and 9th in the Global Economic Power Index, it functions as a global city.
