Lorex LNB8005 Camera Lens Face Shim/Spacer

I swapped out the lens on my LNB8005 camera for a zoom lens and realized it was way too long to fit snugly into its housing. I needed something to fill the gap and some longer screws to secure it properly. To find a solution, I took precise measurements of the camera's dimensions using a flatbed scanner. Next, I created a detailed digital model in Fusion 360 based on these measurements. With my design finalized, I sent the cut file to one of my laser cutters for processing. The resulting part fit perfectly around the lens, providing a secure seal. To ensure the assembly remained watertight, I also fabricated a neoprene rubber gasket that matched the camera's curvature. Additionally, I added extra desiccant packets to keep the internal space dry and free from moisture.
