The high poly sofa, rendered with V-Ray, is provided with non-collapsed stack and textures. It has been tested using the Checkmate light program in 3DS, FBX, and OBJ formats. The model includes grouped objects with materials, no hidden objects or missing textures, and a 1:1 scale. All lights and cameras are included for rendering in 3ds Max, just open the file and click render to get the same preview image. The file has gamma 1.0 and unit scale is 1:1 cm. The model is optimized for rendering in 3DS Max with V-Ray but may require material and lighting adjustments in other programs. Loreto sofa can be customized with various finishes, upholstery options, feet & details choices, and overall dimensions (2600x1000x870mm). Main materials are F1555 for the main section and FN100 for the base, while feet and details can be brass (FMG05), with decorative cushions not included.
