A simple knob to attach on top of the lead screw so you can easily move the extruder arm up and down when the printer is turned off, making maintenance a breeze. It also simplifies leveling dual extruders significantly. You can adjust the extruder arm's position with the knob, place a small piece of paper under the nozzles, and then adjust the bed level until you feel the same amount of resistance under each nozzle, indicating that the bed is correctly leveled. Repeat this process in all four corners, and you're done! The threads are somewhat tight, so printing the nut may not be necessary; however, if the knob screws on too loosely, place the nut underneath and tighten them against each other.
