An old file from my Pepakura crafting days that I unearthed in Pepakura Designer can be exported to .OBJ and in "Windows 10 3D Builder or 123Design" it can be exported to .STL. Unfortunately, I don't possess the skills yet to refine this model further, but perhaps someone out there will take the time to tidy it up. Please upload it back as a remix if you do improve it. Note that this file was originally uploaded to the web as a free download, so I couldn't claim credit for whoever actually created the original design.
