Lord of the Rings LCG Card Trays (unsleeved)
thingiverse
I'm a huge fan of the Lord of the Rings LCG and I make use of three trays to keep all of my player cards sorted in one place from the core box. I have uploaded a file for the lid if you want to utilize just the trays alone. The inserts are designed to fit perfectly into the slots so as to create partitions, and the tabs can be printed with different colors to categorize cards by type. Instructions Using 0.2mm resolution and printing with PLA, 15% infill without supports allows me to achieve high-quality prints every time. By adding mouse ears and printing on BuildTak I am able to prevent warping and lifting of corners during the print job. If you find the lid to be a bit too loose, you can easily add a small bead to the inside of the lid through friction welding for a snug fit. You will need some extra patience as this method requires practice - click here for a helpful tutorial (https://www.makezine.com/projects/make-34/skill-builder-finishing-and-post-processing-your-3d-printed-objects/).
