Lord of the Rings Chess Set (Solid Pieces)

I created an altered version of this awesome chess set that is not from me. The originals had hollow bottoms, but mine have solid/flat bottoms. This gives you pros and cons, so I recommend making solid pieces for more weight. You can still add a honeycomb fill inside to save on plastic cost. These instructions explain how to make your own chess board: unless re-sized, the bottom of the pieces should be 1.5 inches in diameter. Buy some felt with adhesive backing and follow these steps.
