Lord Kelvin Water Dropper - ThunderStorm
thingiverse
I was captivated by the sophistication with which the principles of the electrostatic field were skillfully applied and made visible as soon as I first encountered this setup while following Walter Lewin's physics courses. So, I constructed this assembly in order to donate it to the university I currently attend, which is also why it bears the university logo prominently. If you're interested in printing your own, I utilized the following standard parts: M5 nuts & bolts M8 Rod 2 x 3/4" drip irrigation valve 1 x 80 mm chimney pipe 1 x 120 mm chimney pipe Also, if there's something I can design for you, feel free to drop me a line on Fiverr: https://www.fiverr.com/share/pdgm9N
