Loose Tray Fix for Jucoci Miniatures Storage Case

Loose Tray Fix for Jucoci Miniatures Storage Case

Description: This file provides a solution for the common issue with the Jucoci Miniatures Storage Case, where the middle trays often fall down, potentially damaging models due to their smaller width compared to the box. Over time, the box can become loose and bow in the middle, exacerbating this problem, especially if you store anything on top of the case.Features:These runners add extra width to the trays, preventing them from falling out. While they fit snugly and may not slide as easily, they provide a secure hold. Using a lower layer height than 0.42 and a non-matte filament may improve the fit. Each tray requires four sliders (two per side). These sliders clip on and can be printed standing vertically on a Bambu Labs X1c printer. A brim is recommended due to their tall and skinny shape. Printing them flat resulted in brittleness, so they are designed to be printed in two parts, each 10cm high instead of 20cm.The sliders can move along the sides or be removed. A dab of super glue can secure them without permanent attachment. Trays at the top and bottom of the case usually fit tighter due to less bowing. Super glue or different printing settings (layer height and filament type) can be used to ensure a proper fit.Usage:You will need a total of 20 sliders for a single Jucoci Miniatures Storage Case with 5 trays. If you have any issues or need different tolerances, please leave a comment, and I'll be happy to assist.Note: This fix enhances the tray stability but might require adjustments based on your specific printing setup and filament choice.
