I flipped a tab on my Velleman K8200 and found it wouldn't print. I decided to work around the issue by importing the STL file into Sketchup and adjusting just one side of the part. Now, let me know if this modified design works for everyone. From what I've seen, getting it perfectly right is a tightrope act between too loose and too tight, about 1mm either way.
