Loop End PULL Tension
thingiverse
A word of caution: I self-printed this, and some adjustments are needed. The pulley hole is tight, and the pulling bolt spacing requires widening (approximately 2 mm). Despite these issues, the item appears functional. It's a pull tension for a 3D printer's 'Y' dolly, featuring a T2.5 pulley and M5 nuts & bolts. To assemble, you'll need a long M5 bolt (preferably shanked), an 11 OD/5 ID ball race, another ball race, a lock-nut, washers, and thread cutter. After assembly, drill two 5-6 mm holes for bolts, attach the tension belt, and print with Tinkercad. You can edit the design online at https://tinkercad.com/things/12Y8xVIN4fx.
