Looney (Icehouse) pyramids and Zendo pieces

I successfully printed some existing models for Pyramid game pieces but noticed strange print artifacts where the wall thickness varied. I also liked the appearance of current Looney Pyramids. The pyramids boast: * official dimensions from the Looney Labs website * rounded tops * pips in the same style as the original pieces * a consistent wall thickness I've also included a set of Zendo-style pieces featuring pyramid, wedge, and block shapes; along with a simple printable scoring marker.
