I used clip art from clker.com to create this design, specifically http://www.clker.com/clipart-80995.html. The result is rough, but it's a step up from nothing. There aren't many 3D printable loon profiles or designs available online. I printed the model in black and then filled the holes with white silicone before adding a red eye to finish it off. It looks pretty great overall.
