This design is "at your own risk and its safety and fit can vary on the choice of materials, slicing settings, make/model or your pedals, and printing technology." NO warranty, Use At Your Own Risk ! If the part opens in your print/modeling program very tiny, then scale up by 25.4x This prints best on its side with an added support rod and foot to keep it level and stable on the printing bed. Cycling itself can be a dangerous sport. Use of clipless pedals, shoes, and cleats has become common but can result in additional risks posed when getting "clicked in" to your pedals, or twisting out of pedals to stop or dismount. Common failures of clipless pedal systems have resulted in riders falling and becoming injured or killed, or suffered muscle or bone injuries due to insert/release forces during clipless usage. It is safe to say that everyone who has used clipless pedal system has fallen due to failure to "clip in" as desired, or failure to twist out from forgetting, or debris in a cleat and pedal increasing the required forces to dismount. Clipless use has also resulted in unwanted release that poses an obvious danger. As such, using any aftermarket cleat, or unknown cleat increases your risk of accident or injury and using unknown or unproven components is at your own risk. The actual printing of this cleat makes the person doing so responsible for its use through printing technique and material(s) chosen that can affect strength and scaling (size) of the final printed part. Printing and using this part is most likely an economic decision or one based on a rider's desire to tweak or customize the design to their needs and choices of color or shape. NO warranty, Use At Your Own Risk ! I am not a lawyer, but recognize the world we live in and while I like to share my creativity, I don't want to get screwed for being a nice guy. PLEASE DO NOT USE MY DESIGNS IF YOU CANNOT OWN THE RISK. How I Designed This Drawn in 2D profile, and 2D outline in AutoCad Lt98, inserted in 3D modeler on intersecting planes and cut extruded from profile shape, then worked and modified for best version. Dozens of points were measured from the original to develop the profile shape (side/edge view) and cleat outline
