Loo Roll
thingiverse
This is a toilet paper roll model to print and use as currency in James Veitch's Lockdown game Kickstarter project. One roll can be printed tightly wound, or with a square portion peeled away, depending on your personal preference. A single-color print will suffice, simply mark the inside of the roll with a brown marker for added realism. Update: I have made changes to add a zig-zag tear-off model and tweaked the original design with a peeled tear-off option. New additions include a central tube that can be printed separately from the roll pieces. This allows you to print the tube in a different color or material. The tube is centered to fit seamlessly with files Loo_Roll1_spl.stl, Loo_Roll2_spl.stl, and Loo_Roll3_spl.stl. Note that the tube's outer diameter is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the rolls designed to work with it, allowing for a bit of play on two-part prints. With dual-extrusion printing, you may need to increase the tube's size X/Y by a couple percent to ensure proper fit.
With this file you will be able to print Loo Roll with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Loo Roll.
