A partially restored Longstone Manor House stands at Burrator Reservoir on the outskirts of Dartmoor National Park. Crafted from over 700 photographs sampled from video footage, the model showcases the site's original layout. However, to maintain a tidy appearance, larger surrounding features like troughs, stones, walls, and gateposts have been removed from the 3D representation. To date, no advanced shadow rendering has been applied to this particular model. Historical records suggest that Longstone Manor House was under Herbert de Cumba's ownership as early as the 13th century, with de Cumba serving as Lord of the Manor of Sheepstor. By the 15th century, the Scudamore family had taken possession of the lands at Longstone, only to pass them down to the Elfords when John Alford married Johanna Scudmore. A significant portion of the current building was rebuilt for Walter and Barbara Elford in 1633, as indicated by a date stone that has been preserved from the ruins, possibly incorporating elements from the original structure built earlier.
