Longshot Top Rail Picatinny

This was designed to slide smoothly around the top Nerf Longshot rail. Hasbro's tolerances are somewhat loose, resulting in a less-than-tight fit. It should fit standard Picatinny attachments without issue. The design uses LS screws to hold everything together. The picture shown is from the first generation of this product. Since then, screw holes have been recessed and the rail has gained more travel. Minor adjustments are necessary: - You will need to cut or file out the rib on the Nerf rail that prevents a snug fit. I may revise this design to eliminate the need for cutting, but as it stands now, this is an acceptable compromise. - If the attachment feels too loose, try adding one or two layers of painter's tape on the inside of the rail to secure it in place.
