Longer LK4/Alfawise U30 E3D V6 Volcano hotend + BLTouch

This is my custom print head design for E3D V6 Volcano Hotend with BLTouch for auto-leveling. It's specifically tailored for use with Alfawise U30 or Longer LK4 printers, but it may also work on Ender 3 and CR10 machines - though this hasn't been thoroughly tested yet. Assembly: You won't find detailed instructions here just yet, but you should be able to assemble the print head based on the photos provided. To do so, use a few M3 and M4 screws along with their respective nuts. Warning: This is still a work in progress, and I had to employ 2 M10 nuts as spacers to mount the entire assembly onto the X carriage because it was interfering with the original wheel screws on the carriage. It's likely that an extension could be printed to resolve this issue. I strongly encourage everyone to remix this design, but the version as it currently stands prints nicely and quietly. BOM: * A 5015 Radial fan running at 24V (Please note that if you're using a printer other than LK4, you'll need to check your voltage) * A 3010 Hotend fan * The E3D V6 Volcano hotend (I personally used a Chinese clone, which works perfectly fine - the design was based on original V6 blueprints, so an authentic model should also fit seamlessly) * BLTouch (I utilized a Smart v3.1 clone in my setup) * A bit of soldering may be required to connect the thermistor cables to the connector if you're using a hotend clone. FIRMWARE: This modification will necessitate changes to your original firmware. My port of Marlin to support BLtouch can be found here: https://github.com/AstroMasztalerz/Longer-LK4-Marlin-E3D-V6-Volcano Probe offset is approximately -1.6mm (That's what works for me, so please derive your own value to avoid the nozzle from crashing into the heatbed) I strongly advise against using stock firmware: Your print head may crash or attempt to move outside of the print bed. This Marlin port is intended to prevent this from happening, although no warranty is provided.
