Longer LK1 Filament Roller - Ball Bearing
thingiverse
This print is for use with the Longer LK1 Printer. It is a very nice filament roll support. This was modified to except the two screws the original filament roll support used. This print uses two 608zz Double Shielded, 8x22x7 Miniature Ball Bearings. These can be purchased from just about anywhere and are used for skate boards and other like items. I used Cura 4.7.1 and the "TREE" style of supports. The print came out well and the dimensions are good. I printed the roller as one piece in a vertical position and used a brim with "TREE" style supports. The remake link as a roller that can be printed in pieces. I didn't bother as the all one piece version printed perfectly for me. The final printed parts make for a very nice filament roll support that doesn't add resistance to the extruder.
