This is an extended version of CR-10 PTFE Tube Support Mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2799391). In order to achieve a longer reach, needed to reposition the mount further away from the print area. A necessary step involves removing the top section of the z-rod where it interfaces with the upper frame in order to slide this support into position.
