I required a slightly extended block to compensate for the added height of the Volcano heat block, which sat deeper in the frame due to its increased size compared to the standard one. Installing it pushed my Z end-stop to its maximum limit and forced my bed to be almost completely lowered as far as it would go. This new installation resolved that problem effectively.
