Hi all :-)
So recently I started my second big project. My girlfriend wanted longboard so I take it like Challenge :-D
I borrowed longboard from my friend and start with measuring and then with modeling after week I had prototype and now I have final version witch I want to share with you :-)
I will be prepare more desk for this so you can chose the right one.
I have aluminium foundry so I use 3D printed parts like form for casting, but acc. to simulation XT20 could work too. But I didn't try it - if you will please let me know!
What you need?
Buy:
4x wheel with bearing
2x M8 nut
1X M10x65mm bolt
1x M10 nut
Damper
Bearing plastic
Rod - I used 8mm rod and I created threads at the edges
set nuts and bolts for longboard
I bought cheap longboard and I used all this parts from it :-D (I know it is really stupid)
Make:
2x body part1
2x body part2
4x Ring
1x Desk - for desk I used 13mm plywood
