These are customized wheel pulleys for Bigfoot/APEX/Blank Pro wheels specifically designed to work seamlessly with 15mm wide HTD5 belts. The nuttraps have been carefully remixed to match M5 (metric) nuts perfectly. At present, I am utilizing the 44 teeth version of this pulley and it has been performing remarkably well for around ~500km with no issues reported yet. More detailed information on how this customized wheel pulley works can be found at https://nurdspace.nl/LongboardMod. The printing process for these pulleys involves several key steps. Firstly, they need to be printed thin-walled and at a fill level of 100%. The thickest layers possible should also be printed in the nozzle's widest configuration, which is usually around ~80% of the nozzle width. I have successfully used PLA but believe that Nylon6 might also yield impressive results. Before final assembly, M5 nuts must be placed within the nuttraps for each bolt intended for use. For optimal performance, it's recommended to pair these pulleys with 15mm wide HTD5 belts and 'thin' cored wheels from Bigfoot/APEX/Blank Pro. Brentyi's customizable retaining component provides an added layer of security. Instructions on how to set up this customized wheel pulley can be found below: Print the pulleys at 100% fill level, thin-walled about 1 nozzlewidth wide, and using the thickest possible layers in the nozzle configuration (around ~80% nozzle width). I have used PLA with good results; however, Nylon6 may also perform admirably. Place an M5 nut within each nuttrap according to your needs (I personally use just two). These pulleys are designed for 15mm wide HTD5 belts and thin-cored wheels from Bigfoot/APEX/Blank Pro. For added reliability, consult Brentyi's customizable retainer system.
