Once I began printing with nylon, I needed to test the strength and durability of the parts I made. Ninety-five percent plus infill and eight perimeters result in a sturdy wheel. The last image is of two wheels side by side to demonstrate delamination that can occur at the edges. These were on a longboard being towed behind a golf cart while my son attempted to "drift" them. They surprisingly exhibit good traction on concrete and asphalt. No traction on flooring was found. I included the .ipt file so you could adjust the inner diameter to match your printer's specifications. I discovered that adjusting the bearing hole size by changing the extruder's flow rate worked for me. Let the parts rest in a water bath. Nylon becomes tougher after it absorbs moisture.
