Both nuts have the same outer dimensions, making them compatible with this file. The pulley features clearance holes that allow the bolt to pass through and engage the lock nut. A 2-inch bolt is long enough to engage the nylon locking ring in a lock nut. To insert the nuts, thread them on backwards to the bolt and use the wheel as support to push them down into the cutouts from the backside of the pulley. Once seated, unthread the bolt, and the nuts will remain in place. A minimum clearance of 21mm diameter is required for use, so it may not fit Caliber II trucks or possibly Caliber I trucks. However, Paris trucks should be fine as well as other round profile trucks. The pictures show a Caliber II truck, and one highlighted in blue shows what needs to be filed off to use this with them. There's also a "21"mm clearance file available for printing and sliding over the axle to check or mark what needs to be filed off. This file is actually 19mm in diameter because 21 mm is a very tight fit, but it would theoretically work if scaled accordingly. After printing, you may want to use a 3/16th Drill bit to clear out any debris from the holes for the bolts.
