If you don't have access to a tap, drill out the holes slightly larger using a #25 drill bit (0.150") which is equivalent to 3.81mm in metric; 4mm also works well. Secure a snug fit on your wheels by applying superglue to the threads of the screw to prevent loose screws due to vibrations. Super glue is ideal for metal-to-plastic applications, while Loctite works better with metal-on-metal bonds. 10-24 x 2-inch machine screws are perfect for this design and won't hit your trucks (Caliber or Paris) or likely other models, although I haven't tested them personally. No modifications to your trucks are necessary for use. Enjoy the results of countless hours spent on these pulley designs, as well as others on this site.
