If you don't have access to a tap, use a number 25 drill bit for imperial (.150") or metric (3.81mm), 4mm will also work. Secure good fit on your wheels with superglue on screw threads to prevent screws from coming loose due to vibrations. Super glue is best for metal on plastic applications. 10-24 by 2 Inch Machine Screws fit perfectly with this design and won't hit your trucks (Caliber or Paris), likely other models as well, though not tested myself. No modifications are needed for truck use.
