Longboard Mudguard

<p>This is a Mudguard designed to go on all 4 wheels of your longboard and uses all standard hardware that you use to attach your wheels to the trucks. &nbsp;They attach to the longboard trucks to allow them to move with your wheels and will never hit. They can be adjusted to your desired angle and then held in place with a printed nut that nests in between the standard threaded nut and the mudguard.</p><p><strong>Printing Instructions:</strong></p><p>All STL files will open in their best printing orientation.</p><p>The Mudguard Screw Cap does not need supports. The distance the material needs to bridge is minimal.</p><p>The Mudguard Body needs supports in the center where the threads are but I suggest to add support blockers to force the supports into a rectangle this will allow for easier support removal. The support is for the through hole. &nbsp;your print will do the perimeter of the hole first and then bridge across. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Assembly:</strong></p><p>1 - Remove the threaded nut that holds the wheel onto the truck.</p><p>2 - Slide Mudguard onto the truck.</p><p>3 - Thread the nut onto the truck and tighten</p><p>4 - Slide the Mudguard Locking Nut onto the truck. Make sure the main Mudguard body is positioned how you want it. The locking nut is designed to nest over the threaded nut and holds the mudguard body in place.</p><p>5 - Thread Mudguard screw cap into the main body and tighten.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
