This is designed for 70 mm diameter wheels, 50 mm wide. Scale up/down as needed but this will affect the screw hole size as well. The mounting holes are 4 mm in diameter, the counterbores are 12 mm in diameter. They are 25 mm apart horizontally and 105.5 mm vertically (from centers, see image). I printed it on its side with supports. With 2mm walls, 30% infill, and regular PLA, this makes a very strong print. It can probably support 100+ pounds if it's mounted securely, although I haven't tested this.
