Longboard Front Truck Handle

Whenever I started longboarding, I never noticed the correlation between carrying my board and the rips in my 3 brand new pairs of blue jeans. However, after several months of skating and more pairs of jeans later, I finally found the problem! The way I was lugging my board around (by the trucks) was allowing the grip tape to scrape my pants apart. So, I quickly designed this handle with which to carry my board without the worries of scraping up my pants ever again. It also allows for a quick grab of the board when I dismount. I hope that by sharing this I can help prevent other people's pants from getting ruined in the same way.This is designed to fit my hands, which are pretty thin and small, so this model may not fit your hands. I also don't know if the spaces between the screws is the same with every brand of trucks.Print settings:This model is best printed in TPU. I use 95A stuff (Yoyi brand) I found on Amazon a few years back, and it works like a charm! The TPU makes the handle durable, flexible, and heat resistant which is great if you leave your board in your trunk all day like I do. Here's a demo of me kicking it around just to prove its strength. If you have a Prusa Mk3 or Prusa Mini, TPU should print fantastically with the built-in settings. If that is not the case, use whichever TPU settings you have for your printer. For example, I tuned the temperature down to reduce stringing. I have provided two print files for this handle. One has a lower set temperature for TPU (210 C); this is the file labeled YOYI TPU. If you would rather a higher set temperature (235 C) use the one labeled GENERIC TPU. If you choose to not use the provided print file, I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you use paint-on supports like in the attached images as this will allow for easy removal and good print quality.I hope that this handle will be useful to other people!
