I've crafted several fender designs for my longboard that pair perfectly with 180mm Paris Savant trucks and 7042 wheels. Most of the fenders I printed previously ended up cracking within a few weeks, prompting me to create a new model with flexible side supports. To print these fenders, I'm trying out a low infill rate of less than 20%. By doing so, the cavities created will significantly enhance its overall strength. Unfortunately, my current printer doesn't support the use of flexible materials like TPU, which would be an ideal choice for this project.
