Longboard bumper (Airflow Skateboards - Around the World)
thingiverse
I designed these bumpers to prevent further damage on my longboard's nose and tail. They're meant to fit Airflow Skateboards' "Around the World" deck perfectly. The nose and tail of my board already show some wear, so if you want to print them yourself, I recommend paper-printing the included PDF at 100% first. This will ensure the grey part matches your board's shape exactly. To install these bumpers, you'll need to drill six 3mm holes through the deck. If this isn't your thing, then these aren't the bumpers for you. First, print one half to verify it fits your board's shape. When you're sure it does, print the other half and wrap both around one end of the board, centering it as best you can. Drill the middle hole, fit an M3x16 screw through the whole assembly, adjust if necessary, and drill the remaining ones. Repeat for the other end, and you're done!
