longboard bash guard riser pads (boosted v1/v2 and others)
thingiverse
bash guards for your longboard's tail and nose provide boosted board support. Riser pads are designed to replace stock risers, including a bashguard that extends past the nose/tail, protecting the board from occasional smashes and making it great for standing on end. There are three riser pad options available. A generic riser with no special cutouts works on my Boosted Board V1 and should work on similar longboards. The Boosted V2 Rear riser has slots for cable clips to hook in on the side. The Boosted V2 Front riser does not have these slots, but you can use the rear one instead. For the Boosted V2 Rear riser, two cable clips are included, which fit into slots holding the cables down like stock clips. I printed these riser pads in PETG with 50% infill, and a recommended range is 50%-100%. PLA is not recommended for printing. You assume all responsibility for printing and using your own riser pads. I designed these parts after seeing and using an existing thing on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2441370), which no longer exists, due to frequent cable clip breakage on my Boosted V2. Given the lack of a bash guard, I redesigned everything from scratch. I used OpenSCAD for design, with plans to upload it later after refactoring and possibly adding customizer features if feasible.
