These are precision engineered to be machined with a 1/8" endmill bit using CNC technology. These components are designed as single pieces, featuring tapped holes sized at .1495" for secure fitment of 10-24 or 10-32 bolts. To assemble these parts effectively, 2.25" bolts will need to be utilized for the 9mm, 12mm, and 15mm configurations. If a longer bolt is available, such as a 2.5", it can also be used with the 15mm versions for added stability. It's essential to note that these components are not optimized for 3D printing due to the specified tolerances being designed specifically for CNC machining processes. While they may print successfully, there is no guarantee of proper fitment or performance if printed instead of machined. The accompanying image depicts a 44T 12mm version that has been CNCed from hard resin wax as a prototype and test fitted for demonstration purposes.
