To assemble these pulleys, use six 10-32 x 2.5" or 10-24 x 2.5" machine screws plus hex nuts. I've tested these prints and found a better fit than the original file, with full-depth teeth that provide improved performance. I've printed versions in 36T, 40T, and 50T to ensure compatibility and confirmed they all work seamlessly with your wheel. Pictures of the 40T model are available for reference. The original file was designed for use with 90mm Flywheels, 90mm clones, and 83mm clones; however, most clones will require the "thick" version of the pulley and retainer models. Internal clearance is maintained at a diameter of 24 mm at the lowest point on the nuts. Supports are included in this design.
