I've printed these pulleys and the fit is better than the original file, with full-depth teeth that work perfectly. I've tested 36,40 and 50 variations to confirm their compatibility and they all sit nicely up against your wheel. Pictures of the 40T are available for review. The original file was "tested with 90mm Flywheels, 90mm clones, and 83mm clones -- in general, most clones will need the 'thick' version of the pulley and retainer models."
