These have been printed and the fit is better than the original file with full-depth teeth. Thirty-six, forty, and fifty prints were made to confirm fitments and they all work well against the wheel. Pictures of the 40T show the fit. The original file states that it has been tested with 90mm Flywheels, 90mm clones, and 83mm clones - most clones need the "thick" version of the pulley and retainer models. Internal clearance is 24 mm diameter at the lowest point on the nuts. Yes, supports are available. A lot of work went into making these and other pulleys on here.
