This spinning top can spin straight and angularly. For printing, you will need 50% or more infill for the body. The other parts only need 15-20%.  Add supports as needed for the spinner, handle, and body. The ripcord will not need any supports. I suggest using PLA or PETG. Will spin longer if the tip is smoothened (maybe by sanding).
