Long RJ45 Broken clip fix

This is a remix of the Broken clip fix from zzzzzcav. I'd like to thank him first. I liked this one a lot, but there was only one issue - it was designed for Ethernet cable without protection sleeves. I encountered a number of broken Ethernet cables with protection sleeves myself, so I decided to create a solution that would work in all cases. Please let me know if this works for you or not, and I'll be happy to make any necessary adjustments.
