Here is a replica of the Long Jhead Hotend that I created using a precise Chinese branded Long Jhead hotend for test and design purposes such as fan shroud development, effector development, etc. The measurements are accurate and I have included a 123D file with the model, which can be broken down into the same components found on the real hotend.
