Long Island shaped cookie cutter

I've made one batch of cookies and here's what I found. Spray the cutter with cooking spray so it won't stick to the dough. Cut the shape on parchment paper. You won't be able to move the shape after cutting without distroying it. This cutter is approx 20cm long, making it larger would help prevent Montauk from falling off but makes for a huge cookie. The store bought dough I used swells during cooking and caused a lot of features to disappear. Maybe try homemade dough.Good luck!
