Long(ish) Extruder Knob with Heatset Gear

This is a slightly longer extruder knob that makes it easier to twist when the extruder is facing away or not easily accessible. It is designed to use a spare extruder gear as you would a heatset insert. Just heat up an extruder gear enough to soften the part and press it on (carefully). Then Run cool water over the protruding gear to cool it once it is in place.
