- Used for "Depth" training - Insert-able length is 490mm (19.3"), Plug Diameter 48mm (1.89") - Mold volume 382 mL ( 13 fluid oz) - Can be scaled to any size you want - Use Platinum Cure Silicone, Shore Hardness 10 = firm, 5 = Medium (ish), 3 = soft (I used soft, Ecoflex 00-03) - Smooth-On is a good source: "Dragon Skin 10" for firm, "Ecoflex-00-50" for medium and "Ecoflex 00-30" for soft ___________________________________________________________________ - Holes take 3mm screws - Each section is 100mm (4" ish) or less - Test the silicone on your 3d filament to make sure it wont effect the silicone curing - make sure you use a little sealant on the flanges, making sure not to use so much it squeezes into the mold cavity, wrapping the seam in electrical tape for extra security(I used blue gasket maker, its what I had laying around) ________________________________________________________________ - I recommend printing vertical if possible to get the resolution. - A good resource for silicone toy making: https://vimeo.com/candiru - Have Fun!!
