grabcad
in the third part we have something increasingly complicated here: let's remember that the chassis floor - yes, the entire vehicle is to be manufactured fully automatically!that means we have to set up the vehicle in such a way that it can be produced fully automatically!without special machines - without special equipment.i have set up a ladder frame in the middle - which we can put together and weld fully automatically - this can be seen in the picture - 20062023143-1.where we want to attach, align and weld the two ends: this can be seen in the picture - 20062023143-2.finally we have to attach, align and weld the side groups on the right and left - this can be seen in the picture - 20062023143-3.unfortunately we don't have any good help with the conventional cad, even with the joining groups: i work sequentially with new assemblies, because the frame structures are one thing - but we also have a real chassis floor on the assembly: so there are plates attached, aligned and welded to the frame!we have to map these necessary work steps in such a way that our own cad system (this is being developed again: everything has been destroyed too..) can also determine a correct processing assignment from the data provided! that means that i basically build on the lowest condition of an individual part - also the assemblies.our machine intelligence automatically recognizes the necessary processing methods from the existing construction: our own cad program can therefore communicate directly with production machines, which we also produce ourselves!we have the first, lowest chassis frame here - there will be another one that looks almost the same on top - with a difference. the cavities will later accommodate the water tanks, the water separator for generating water from the ambient air and everything else in terms of technology - for example the gas supply with combustible gas, the separator for hot-air cleaning for recycling and the like to use resources sparingly and efficiently.the tires are not quite finished yet, but the structure is there: we want to vulcanize the airless tire structures on the casing of our wheel hub motors. That means the lower part of the tire is vulcanized onto the casing, the outer casing of the wheel hub motor. the subsequent application of the actual rolling layer, the wear layer of the tire, takes place on this carrier layer!step, igs, stl
