Long arm for 9-gram servo
cults3d
I have reduced the internal diameter so that it presses more on the servo pinion and does not slip. To make the teeth I use an old metallic pinion heated with the tinner. I didn't draw any holes for the rod. You heat the rod a little with the lighter and drill the holes where you need them. The rest you can cut out with the pliers and go over with a file or sandpaper for a nicer finish. I've edited it in thinkercad under the name servo long arm. It's public, so you can edit it if you need to.
