The mask is an upgraded version of the original "Montana Mask." It features a thread-in design for Filter Insert, ensuring durability and security during filter replacement. The filter size has been enlarged to enhance breathability. Various types of filter media can be used, including N95 filters, surgical masks level 3, or double-layered sterilization wrappers cut to the correct size (see reference article). The mask comes in medium and large sizes to fit different facial features. A close-cell, waterproof Neoprene seal surrounds the edge of the face mask for secure sealing against droplet ingress and ease of sterilization and reusability. PETG is a preferred material for the mask due to its properties. Operating Instructions: Each user should have 2-3 masks to alternate between uses. Before use, insert a new filter into the Filter Insert (see Filter Preparation section). After use, discard the filter and clean the mask with water and soap according to MSDS instructions. Hang dry before next use. The mask can be used with a face shield and/or S-hook for ear protection. Filter Media Preparation: This filter is designed to work with N95 filters, surgical masks, or sterilization wrappers to optimize filter material due to N95 filter scarcity in the market. Remove the threaded Filter Insert and place it on top of the filter media. Trace the outside of the Filter Insert onto the filter media and cut it out. Place the filter media inside the Filter Insert and screw it into the mask until tight – do not over-thread. Only one layer of N95 filter or surgical mask is needed, while two layers of sterilization wrapper are recommended to achieve N95 filter level (see reference).
